Hosted by the École Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), the EHL Summer Academy introduces students aged 16 to 19 to the exciting world of hospitality and business. Through one-week immersive courses, participants learn about hospitality management, innovation, culinary arts, and digital communication.
